Description of service/process:
Performed using the EB evaporator Balzer-T600 system, allowing up to 30 nm of titanium, 100 nm of platinum, 250 nm of gold, 200 nm of nickel, 50 nm of germanium or 200 nm of aluminum to be deposited.

Technical details about the sample (material, dimensions, etc).
What product will the service deliver (report with parameters, design file, experimental results, etc.)
Sample with metal deposited at the requested thickness.
