Description of service/process:
Obtaining the main characterization parameters of the device by measuring its transmission spectrum in the range 1460 nm to 1620 nm using lateral fiber coupling.
What customer requirements will be necessary to perform the service? (Limitations on sample dimensions and materials, throughput rates, etc.):
Process can only be performed on integrated chips up to 2 mm wide and 10 mm long ready for characterization.
What product will be delivered by the service? (report with parameters, design file, experimental results, etc):
Report with the parameters obtained from the characterization.
What is the delivery time for the product?
24 hours per device.
