Description of service/process:
We have an optical microscope with automated linear positioners, capable of building mosaics of high resolution color images (currently the smallest resolvable feature @ 550nm is approximately 610 nm), allowing the mapping of large surfaces from the combination of smaller images in a 120 micron x 100 micron field.
(Note: The service is not yet fully commissioned)
What customer requirements will be needed to perform the service? (Limitations on sample dimensions and materials, transmission rates, etc.):
We can map areas of no more than 40mm x 40mm.
What product will be delivered by the service? (report with parameters, design file, experimental results, etc):
High resolution mosaics. Attention: Maps of large areas may exceed 1 GB.
What is the delivery time for the product?
To be defined. Probably 2 to 4 working days.
How much will I be charged for the service?
To be defined. Probably R$100/cm^2.
