Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovations (MCTI) honors LIF’s team

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovations (MCTI) honors the winners of the work “Integrated Optical Biosensor, detection method and uses of biosensor”, which was chosen in two categories of the program Transform your Research into Business: by popular vote and by the panel in the modality “Best Business Model”.

Held jointly by MCTI and the Campinas Innovative Forum Foundation, the program aims to develop entrepreneurial skills among researchers so that they can present the results of their studies to the market.

The Photonics Integrated Laboratory (LIF) at UNICAMP – Universidade Estadual de Campinas – has the goal of stimulating the creation of new companies from the results of scientific research. The project was elaborated by researchers from Unicamp and the Federal University of São Carlos – UFSCar.
