Description of service/process:
Simulation of the normal modes of dielectric waveguides (straight or curved) as a function of frequency and geometric parameters, for example the diameter (in the case of a circular guide) or the width and height (in the case of a rectangular guide). For this it is necessary to have information about the refractive indices of each of the materials that form the guide for the frequencies. The results presented will be: a) propagation constants and b) classification of normal modes (TE / TM) as a function of geometric parameters and wavelength.
