Service/process description:
Guidance and preparation of technical drawing in the specifications required by the foundry for manufacturing microdevices
What customer requirements will be necessary to perform the service? (Limitations on sample dimensions and materials, throughput rates, etc.):
Simple drawing of each microdevice on the chip with dimensions highlighted.
What product will be delivered by the service? (report with parameters, design file, experimental results, etc):
File.GDS of technical design of the devices in the specifications required by the foundry.
What is the delivery time for the product?
3 to 7 days.
How much should I charge for the service?
R$1000 for each type of device (cavity, guide, interferometer, etc) contained in the chip.
